Outback
The do-everything wagon — CVT service, boxer engine care, AWD and the brakes and cooling of a high-mileage favorite.
Subaru Cars & SUVs · Denton, TX · Since 1995
Subaru owners are loyal for good reason — symmetrical AWD, a boxer engine, and a car that just goes. But the boxer has its head-gasket history, the CVT has its quirks, and that AWD system has rules of its own. Since 1995 we've kept Outbacks, Foresters and Crosstreks going with honest diagnosis and fair prices.

Every System, One Shop
A Subaru is a system — boxer, CVT and AWD working together — so it helps to keep it all in one place. Every card links to that service's page; the transmission and AWD specialty leads the way.
The Lineartronic CVT (shudder, fluid, torque converter), the symmetrical AWD that keeps a Subaru sure-footed, and the older 4EAT automatics — Subaru drivetrains diagnosed and serviced in-house, backed by honored warranties and free 40-mile towing on major repair.
EJ-series head-gasket leaks, FB oil consumption, timing and the boxer-engine work Subarus are known for — diagnosed at the source, done right the first time.
Grinding, a soft pedal or a brake light on your Forester or Outback — inspected first, measured, then fixed for how you drive.
Blowing warm in the Texas heat? Recharge by weight, leak detection and compressor work — Impreza to Ascent climate systems.
Cooling and the boxer engine are closely tied — radiator, water pump, thermostat and coolant service that protects the engine and the head gaskets both.
A check-engine light on your Subaru is a symptom, not a diagnosis. We scan, test and trace it to the real cause before any work.
Quick, done-right oil changes with a free multi-point inspection — and a look at the head gaskets, tires and AWD your Subaru depends on.

Vehicles We FixGood to Know
The older EJ-series boxer engines (through the early 2010s) are known for external head-gasket leaks — oil or coolant seeping at the seams, sometimes a sweet smell or slow coolant loss. It's a real repair, and doing it right means addressing both sides while we're in there. We diagnose it before quoting, and newer FB engines are far less prone to it.
A shudder or hesitation on the Lineartronic CVT often traces to the torque converter or tired fluid — caught early, a correct-spec service can settle it. Some Subaru CVTs also carry an extended warranty, so it's worth checking your VIN. We diagnose whether it's a service or a repair before recommending anything.
Yes — and it matters more than most owners realize. Subaru's symmetrical all-wheel drive needs all four tires at a similar tread depth; a mismatched or worn-out single tire can cause driveline bind and damage the AWD system. We check for it and will tell you straight before it costs you a transmission.
Yes — full repair. Transmission and AWD drivetrain is our specialty, but the same shop handles your Subaru's brakes, A/C, engine, cooling, electrical, diagnostics and oil changes, Impreza to Ascent. One trusted shop for the whole car.
